3R Technology is an Israel-based startup focused exclusively on the recycling of end-of-life tires. The company was founded to address the structural inefficiencies of conventional tire recycling—high energy consumption, large plant footprints, and limited material quality—by developing a fundamentally different process based on ozone-enriched gas treatment.

We are a core team of engineers and scientists working hands-on on process development, material validation, and system design. Our technology treats whole tires without shredding or pyrolysis and is designed to separate rubber from steel and textile reinforcements efficiently, while preserving rubber quality.

The development of our technology is supported by a grant from the Israeli Ministry of Energy and by the company’s founders. We operate an in-house laboratory where we conduct continuous R&D, including ozone processing, devulcanization trials, and material performance testing.

The technology is currently at TRL 5, with laboratory-scale validation completed and further scale-up toward pilot operation underway. Our objective is to enable a compact, energy-efficient, and economically viable tire recycling solution capable of returning high-purity reclaimed rubber back into high-value applications.
